Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the cata4d website, including all services, games, promotions, and features provided through this platform. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button, submit registration information, or use any cata4d service.

Cata4d reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via your registered email or prominently displayed on the platform's homepage. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the cata4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not be located in any country or territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Not be listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) cata4d account active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is entirely your responsibility. Depositing & Withdrawing Funds

Cata4d supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, and approved eWallets. All deposits are automatically credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the relevant time.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• Cata4d does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or transfers from third parties.
• Cata4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment service providers.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same member's name.
• Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 15 minutes during normal business hours.
• All bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Cata4d reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be frozen pending completion of an investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Cata4d offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement varies by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member and cannot be claimed more than once using the same personal information, IP address, device, or payment method.

Game Rules

• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, cata4d will use server logs as evidence to resolve any disputes.

• Cata4d is not responsible for any losses arising from device failure, internet connection disruptions, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the cata4d platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and freezing of all funds:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information, stealing another person's identity, or impersonating another individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning, operating, or sharing more than one cata4d account.
• Money Laundering: Using the cata4d platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), cheating tools, artificial intelligence, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to exploit games or bonus systems, including in poker and live table games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, cashback offers, or other promotions through multiple accounts or dishonest methods.
• Platform Disruption: Taking any action that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the cata4d platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

Cata4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this Agreement.
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or geographic eligibility requirements.
• Member's own request to close the account for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period defined by cata4d's internal policy.

If an account is closed at the member's own request and no terms have been violated, any eligible remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member after the verification process is complete.

Liability Cap

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cata4d shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of using this platform, including losses from gaming.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cata4d's control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, or third-party actions.
• Loss of data or information due to technical failure or cyberattacks, notwithstanding reasonable security measures taken by cata4d.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to the use of this platform.

Cata4d's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

Cata4d respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy cata4d, which forms part of this Agreement.

By using the cata4d platform, you agree that:

• Personal information you provide during registration and platform use will be collected and processed by cata4d.
• Your data may be shared with trusted third parties such as payment providers and game software providers solely for platform operational purposes.
• All data transfers are protected with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting the cata4d support team.
